GVL Women's Serve Day

Ladies of Renovation Church GVL! Join us on Tuesday, June 27th as we serve our friends over at Shepherd's Gate, a local women's shelter. We can't wait to cook and serve them dinner, improve one of their staff rooms and have a time of worship and devotion with their group!

We will be working in teams. Please register to be a part of whichever one is a best fit for your availability and gifts. You may sign up for more than one group, if you like.

Team 1: The Improvements Team (5 volunteers) will be removing a border and painting the staff workroom. 12 - 4 pm

Team 2: The Dinner Prep Team (5 volunteers) will prepare dinner for the approx. 45 residents. Food will be prepared onsite in their DHEC kitchen and coordinated in advance. 3:00-5:00 pm

Team 3: The Dinner Serve Team (6 volunteers) will overlap with the Prep Team to serve dinner, visit with the residents, and clean up the kitchen. 4:45 - 6 pm

Team 4: The Devotion & Worship Team (5 volunteers) will lead the residents in Bible study and worship. 6:45 -7 :30 pm
